Thank you for coming to our web site! We're very excited to announce that we will now be accepting all submissions for print through the 'Submit to The Seacow' section of our site. If you'd like to submit any artwork or literature to be published in the 'Web Content' portion of our site, please click the corresponding link after registering on the bottom, left-hand side of this page. If you don't mind, shoot us an e-mail too at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the title of the submission so we can publish it a.s.a.p.

For clarification: We will accept any art that can be viewed on the web and is not offensive. This includes (but is not limited to): everything acceptable for print submissions, paintings, a YouTube video of a spoken word performance, .MP3's of your band, that screenplay you finally finished, whatever 'unprintable' pieces you wish to show the world via our 'Web Content' section.

Side note: The 'Web Content' section (separate from the 'Web Content' submission page) will be up and running once we receive art.

As soon as your submissions are received by one of the editors, they will be printed and filed for review. If your submission passes the ‘review board,’ you will be notified by e-mail of any recommended edits. If you submit more than one piece, you will also be prompted to choose one of two options, in case we are unable to fit more than one of your pieces into the first issue: 1.) we will hold onto your other submissions for consideration in the next issue(s), or 2.) we will discard your other submissions upon your request. If you happen to send your submissions by mail and would like any ‘additional’ ones sent back the same way, please provide a SASE with your submission.

Our Goal PDF Print E-mail

Ultimately, our goal is to provide emerging artists with the opportunity to publish their work in a locally-based, printed publication. As unknown artists ourselves, we understand the frustrations behind rejection letters and picky submission guidelines. Through the Seacow, we hope to expose the wonderful talents of 'underpublished' Central Floridian artists to as many readers as possible.
